Lillianna is a 5-year-old sweetheart who is nonverbal. She is a bright and loving individual who struggles with socialization skills and behavioral skills as well as zero verbal communication skills. With equine therapy she has made so much progress. She went from not participating in class to participating and following the teacher led instructions. She has made great progress since beginning therapy and I can’t wait to see her progress further as we go.
Lillianna is currently beginning to use a few words! Some being “stop” and “go” which she learned from equine therapy! Lillianna is growing so much, with the help from the Suzanne Tyner Fund she was able to participate in equine therapy at Lily Creek Farm and we are so grateful to Avenues for Autism for this scholarship!
